Thrall returns in a brand new cinematic just in time for the big World of Warcraft Classic release date reveal. The latest video sees the familiar Orc once more as Saurfang seeks the former Horde leader out for help regarding Sylvanas and her current leadership.

“Varok Saurfang realizes that that if he is to secure a future for the Horde, he must reach out to the one who led it in the past,” reads the official video’s description. The exchange can be seen in the video above, showcasing the crux that the Horde finds itself in with the notorious faction seeing division within its ranks once more.

For those that played the Battle for Azeroth expansion, you may remember the opening quest that sees a confrontation with Varok Saurfang as he talks about the curse of honor. Blizzard later expanded on that with the Lost Honor cinematic last year, and now they’re revisiting his plight and conflict within his own place in the world.

Given that Sylvanas (though with good reason, her character went through a lot) is known for her cruelty and her ability to come out on top, Saurfang, with the help of Thrall, has a lot to consider when it comes to what’s next for the Horde and what the Horde means to him and for the future.

Could Thrall make a deal with the Alliance? Is the faction war about to become even more complicated? We’ll see, but in the meantime you can check out the latest cinematic above!
