New Tony Hawk Game Coming to Mobile

Good news: fans of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater will be getting yet another game to ride along with. Interesting news: it won’t be for console.

Speaking with Bloomberg, Hawk confirmed the presence of a new game, but stated it will be released for mobile devices, which is a big change in the series.

“We’ve never gone exclusively in that direction yet so I’m excited,” said Hawk. “Because, with the amount of time people are spending on their phones and their tablets playing games, we’ve never had our own game in that space so I’m excited to provide one finally.”

There’s no word yet on the game’s release, but later this year seems very likely.
