A couple of months ago, we were lucky enough to glimpse over 15 minutes of gameplay footage from Rocksteady Games’ Batman: Arkham Knight. We already told you how it blew us away and now, it’s your turn to see it in action.
Warner Bros. Interactive released a new two-minute trailer for Knight today, featuring actual in-game footage featuring the Dark Knight in action, as he takes on the Scarecrow and Rogues’ Gallery in an effort to save Gotham from a horrible fate. As you can see, the Batmobile plays a huge part in the game, as Batman can use it to drive through halls and wreak havoc on villains throughout the city.
However, there’s an interesting wrinkle that could put Batman to the ultimate test – the introduction of the Arkham Knight. This mysterious vigilante manages to bring the Dark Knight down for the count by the trailer’s conclusion, leaving you wondering, “Has he truly met his match?”
Batman: Arkham Knight is slated for release later this year on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
