HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This contest runs from 11 A.M., Pacific Standard Time July 25, 2014 to 5 P.M., Pacific Standard Time, July 27, 2014. To be eligible to win, an entrant must have the fastest run time on Mario Kart 8 out of the tournament competitors.

LIMIT ONE WINNER PER DAY UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor, and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for hardware issues and/or computer malfunctions.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify competitors at their sole discresion.  Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the hardware, or primagames.com site.

ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia over the age of 18. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes.

WINNERS: The daily winner will be determined after the 3PM competition each day of San Diego Comic-Con, and will be the competitor with the fastet Mario Kart 8 time. The winner will be announced on Prima Games’ social media channel, http://www.facebook.com/primagames. The winner will be notified by e-mail and will be required to confirm his/her address for mailing of the prize if mailing is applicable. If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within five days of the first attempt to notify him/her, a new potential winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries.

WINNERS LIST: For the name of the winners, available after August 1, 2013, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to ATTN: Marketing, Prima Games, 3000 Lava Ridge Court, Suite 100, Roseville, California 95661, by August 8, 2013.

MISCELLANEOUS: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules. Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to publish, post online, or otherwise refer to his/her name in any and all forms and media throughout the world, and for any and all publicity or promotional purposes, without obligation or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
