Madden NFL 13 fans may be winding down their excitement a little bit – or up, depending on their favorite team – with the season moving into week 13, but there’s more than enough to anticipate here, as EA Sports has just announced that they’ll be uploading a new update for the game starting tomorrow.
This update will include changes to the Madden Ultimate Team, including the ability to set multiple line-ups for your squad highlights. Up to five slots will be open for your changes, which is a good thing for those of you who like stocking up.
You’ll also get “more nuanced roster management” in Ultimate Team. Instead of going by the usual lists of offense, defense and special teams, you’ll have more specific positions to choose from, such as offensive and defensive secondary, so you can see how they compare. It’ll break down starters and eligible players in your line-up, so you’re good to go. Quick collections and the chance to play two minute quarters will also be thrown in.
So if you’re a Madden fan, pop in your game tomorrow and enjoy the new features. They’re free of charge.
Madden NFL 13 is available now for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PS Vita and Wii U.
