Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga received a new trailer and gameplay during the Gamescom Opening Night Live ceremony today. It’s been a full year since we’ve seen anything from the game. Earlier this year the game was delayed to 2022.
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Receives New Gameplay Trailer At Gamescom Opening Night Live
The trailer shows off a ton of iconic scenes from all nine of the films in The Skywalker Saga. Using voice lines from the films we see the huge cast of characters traversing familiar environments like Tatooine, Dagobah, and even more.
You can check out the trailer and gameplay below. Most of the Lego games operate with a level-based structure splintering off a central hub area. However, with The Skywalker Saga, it’s taking a more open-world approach and allowing players to fly to different planets and galaxies. We see a glimpse of this as Luke walks to his ship to pick a new destination for flight.
