This is great news for The Last of Us fans because this means the series will be completed on HBO. There is still no word on casting or release window for the series, but it seems like things are progressing forward at a promising pace.

Now the internet can speculate wildly at who should and shouldn’t be cast as Joel and Ellie. So get ready for some really hot takes coming your way from every angle.

The Last of Us Part 2 was released just last June and was nominated this week for Game of The Year at The Game Awards. It’s been a big year for The Last of Us brand, and it seems like 2021 has the potential to be just as big.
