Warner Bros. Interactive announced today that its hit game Injustice: Gods Among Us will see an Ultimate Edition, which will not only come out for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but will also make its debut across three new platforms – the PlayStation Vita, PC and the PlayStation 4. Yep, Batman’s going to duke it out in next-gen.
The Ultimate Edition includes all the content from the original game, along with the downloadable fighters that have been released, including Lobo, Batgirl, General Zod, Martian Manhunter, Scorpion and Zatanna. In addition, a soundtrack will be released with the package, featuring 11 songs inspired by the game, including “Another Soulmate” by Jane’s Addiction.
Armature Studios, the same team behind Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate, will handle development duties for PS Vita, while High Voltage will work on the PlayStation 4. The next-gen edition will also come with TouchPad functionality, as well as full sharing options.
Look for the game on store shelves on November 12th for PS Vita, PlayStation 4 and PC, along with Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
