Both Half-Life: Alyx and Resident Evil 3 are crashing onto the PC-verse which means PC gamers are going to want to make sure that their rigs are up to specs. For those that are powered by Nvidia, there is a new GPU driver update specifically for these two powerhouse games!

Day one support is provided for both Valve’s Virtual Reality take on the Half-Life universe as well as Capcom’s latest nostalgic play with the Resident Evil 3 remake. The latest update, v445.75, is built with optimization in-mind, particularly for these two titles, though you should always update those drivers when the option is available.

PC players can find the latest update under the Game Ready classification, making it easy to find. As with any update, however, you might want to back up your files – just in case. Not that there is a high chance of anything going wrong, but we’re paranoid and always adopt the ‘better safe than sorry’ method.

Whether you use the Game Ready tab on GeForce Experience or prefer to download the latest update through the official Nvidia website, make sure you get those drivers ready because that library is about to get even more epic.

Half-Life: Alyx is available now for the Valve Index, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and Windows Mixed Reality. The Resident Evil 3: Nemesis remake drops on April 3 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
