Gamora Drops into Fortnite On August 14 Alongside the Return of Star-Lord

Another crossover skin is headed to Fortnite this season. Gamora, the last remaining Zen-Whoberian is coming to the Fortnite shop on August 14.

It’s a little surprising after an entire season of Marvel heroes that we didn’t have Gamora already, but here we are. 

With this season’s whole team being an alien invasion it makes sense that Guardians of the Galaxy resident alien Gamora would come to save the day. Not only will Gamora be available in the shop but she will enter alongside Star-Lord (who has previously been in the game).

You can purchase a bundle including Gamora, her cloak back bling, the Godslayer Pickaxe, and the Godslayer Glideboard.

Fortnite is also celebrating the entrance of Gamora with the Gamora Cup, which will give you a chance to earn this skin early. Here’s the information from the Fortnite website. 

“We’re celebrating the arrival of Gamora by hosting a tournament in her name. On August 11th you’ll have the opportunity to earn the Gamora Outfit and Gamora Cloak Back Bling. You and your Duo partner will have 3 hours to earn as many points as you can in 10 games. The top performing teams in each region will receive the Gamora Outfit and Gamora Cloak Back Bling. Anyone who earns at least 8 points will earn the Daughter of Thanos Spray.”
