From Software and Bandai Namco announced today that the original Dark Souls is making its way onto the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC as Dark Souls: Remastered.
Featuring increased framerates, higher resolutions textures, and even the 4K support on the Xbox One X, PlayStation 4 Pro, and PC. This news also comes alongside the announcement that Dark Souls is finally coming to Nintendo Switch, which was revealed during today’s Nintendo Direct.
All versions of the Remastered game will become available on May 25 of this year, and will include access to the Artorias of the Abyss downloadable content. According to Bandai Namco and From Software, the game will also include an increase in the maximum amount of players that can be active in one sessions, bringing it up to a max of six players.
