Halo 4 isn’t the only shooter getting a definitive Game of the Year edition. Gearbox Software, the game’s developer, just confirmed that the best-selling sequel Borderlands 2 will receive similar treatment.
2K Games will release the special Game of the Year package on October 8th in the U.S. and October 11th internationally for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. It will feature the original game, along with the following downloadable content, all in one convenient package:
-Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty
-Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage
-Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt
-Tiny Tina’s Assault On Dragon Keep
-Creature Slaughter Dome
-Gaige, the Mechromancer Class (character)
-Krieg, the Psycho Class (character)
-Gearbox Gun Pack
-Golden Key
-Vault Hunter’s Relic
-Collector’s Edition Heads and Skins
-Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 1
This package will sell for $60. That’s a good deal considering everything included. If you haven’t picked up the game, this is the bundle to get.
