Ever since its official inclusion in Medal of Honor: Warfighter last year, many gamers were wondering just when Electronic Arts would kick off its beta for Battlefield 4. Today, EA president Peter Moore made it official – the party begins next month.
As reported in a recent blog post, Moore stated that the Open Beta for Battlefield 4 will commence on October 1st, approximately four weeks before the game’s final release. The beta will be held on Windows PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, with those who purchased last year’s Warfighter getting top priority for access, along with Battlefield Premium members; keep those codes handy.
Battlefield 4 releases October 29th for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC, November 12th for PlayStation 4 and November 19th for Xbox One.
