Baldur’s Gate 3 Romance, Who’s Bangable?

Look, we're all excited about Baldur's Gate 3 but it's time to start asking the real questions.

Hi, yes, hello. Massive fan of games like Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Divinity, and pretty much every RPG that takes the in-game experience to the next level with some woo hoo action, so it should be of no surprise to anyone that Baldur’s Gate 3 romance should come up in casual conversation.

The world got our first real look at Baldur’s Gate 3 yesterday with some actual gameplay and to say it looked incredible would be a massive understatement. So many new characters to meet and familiar faces making their return, it looks like it’s going to be a stellar ride, but the real question is who is bangable? Apparently, well, everyone!

In a recent interview with PCGamesN, senior producer David Walgrave mentioned a previous game that the same studio did: Divinity Original Sin 2. In DOS2, any companion you come across is a romance option and Walgrave confirmed that Baldur’s Gate 3 will work much in the same way.

During a recent press event for the game before the big reveal, players were able to meet some oh-ho-ho-ho friendly faces, though the demo wasn’t long enough to actually get some romance going. No lizards like in Divinity, but the night is young.
