Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD is just two weeks away from skidding its way onto Xbox Live (and shortly thereafter on PlayStation Network), and it’s bound to whip players into a frenzy as they whip up multi-million point scores and plenty of insane tricks with Hawk and the gang. But it looks like Activision is just getting started with its skate-mania as far as the game’s content is concerned.
Activision has confirmed that approximately “30-45 days after launch” of the game, it will release a new content pack for Pro Skater HD that will feature tracks and other goodies from Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3. The pack is scheduled to sell for $5, which will greatly expand the terrain you can skate through within the game. No further information was available, but we do know that Airport, one of the more popular areas in the game, will be thrown in.
Hey, we just want Darth Maul back, because nothing makes you feel more like a badass than thrashing through a public park, carrying a lightsaber while riding a skateboard. It’s certainly more fun than what we’ve seen in Phantom Menace…
Look for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD later this month!
