The Outer Worlds Acid Steeper

Individuals will unlock The Cleaning Machine quest when they leave the Emerald Vale location and are on the Passage to Anywhere main story quest. Head up the ladder in your ship and make your way to the captain’s quarters. Now, take the stairs near you to the next level and inspect the machine in the supply closet. Players will then need to speak with ADA. Head back to the captain’s quarters and look for entries marked with “SAM.” These entries will inform you of the need to locate the Acid Steeper quest item.

Players will find the location of the Acid Steeper object at the storage facility found south of the landing pad in the Roseway Gardens. Players will need to find the storage facility passcode to gain access to the area where the Acid Steeper can be found. You can discover the storage facility passcode by hacking the terminal inside of the Auntie-Biotics Lab. All that is left for you to do is head back to SAM with this quest item.
