This is the main walkthrough for Assassin’s Creed Unity, an action-adventure stealth game that was developed and published by Ubisoft. Assassin’s Creed Unity follows the story of Arno Dorian (Dan Jeannotte), a Frenchman who was born in Versailles to an assassin father. Set in Paris on the eve of the French Revolution, Arno sets out on a quest for redemption after both his biological and adopted fathers are murdered. Players will step into the boots of Arno as he rises through the ranks of the Brotherhood, while simultaneously struggling with his love for a Templar named Elise De La Serre (Catherine Berube).

- Pay attention to the game’s on-screen instructions and tutorials, it will often teach you valuable game mechanics shortly before you’re required to use them.
- Stick to the rooftops as much as possible. The streets of Versailles and Paris are crawling with people who intend to bring harm to Arno.
- During chase sequences, look for the path of least resistance and let the free run mechanic do the work. You rarely need to bother jumping and climbing manually.
- Learn the Perfect Parry technique, as it will save your life many times when you’re fighting multiple enemies with your sword.
- When the Perfect Parry fails, have your Smoke Bomb ready, then make your escape to the rooftops. There is no room for ego in Assassin’s Creed Unity.
- Get good with your Phantom Blade, it’s one of the best weapons Arno has that will kill at a distance while maintaining a stealthy approach.
