Right away, you may run into trouble with two main ingredients: mint and cocoa beans. Cocoa beans are obtainable after unlocking the Glade of Trust and Sunlit Plateau, while mint is found in Frosted Heights. While Sunlit Plateau is not required, opening the other two regions is necessary if you want to create this dish.

With this in mind, below describes how to find each ingredient to make mint chocolate:

  • Mint: Forage from wild herb plants in Frosted Heights.
  • Sugarcane: Purchase from the Goofy Stall in Dazzle Beach. If you plant your own, it’ll take seven minutes for the sugarcane to grow.
  • Butter: Buy from the Chez Remy shop for 190 Star Coins.
  • Cocoa Bean: Forage from wild trees in the Glade of Trust and Sunlit Plateau.
