Tasked with finding out the truth and stopping the impending doom, you’ll take on the role of either Batgirl, Robin, Nightwing, or Red Hood. Here you’ll need to upgrade and evolve your combat abilities to ensure you can take down all of your enemies. Here is how to open your abilities menu in Gotham Knights.

How to Open Your Abilities Menu in Gotham Knights

So to access your abilities menu, where you will plop your skill points in and obtain new and unique traits to further your gameplay, you’ll need to do one of two things.

If you’re at the main hub area, known as the Belfry, you can walk up to the Bat Computer and hold the interact button to access your abilities, map, gear, database, and more.

If you’re out on patrol and don’t have access to the Bat Computer terminal, you’ll have to hold down the quest button (the TouchPad on PS5). This will open up the map, abilities, and gear screen. If you just tap it, it won’t actually open any menu but just show your active quests in the top left screen. This can be tricky when trying to navigate and find where each of the different menus in the game are.

You’ll be able to craft, add abilities, and swap out styles on the fly while out patrolling around Gotham City.
