First, you need to acquire a thing called Smithing Stone Miner’s Bell Bearing. Bell Bearings are divided into four categories, and every level of Smithing Stone Miner’s Bell Bearing corresponds to a different set of Smithing Stones.

Once you get the first-tier Smithing Miner’s Bell Bearing, take it to creepy Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hog. Later in the game, as you slash through enemies you will find Smithing Master Iji, the War Counselor, who will sell you Smithing Stones at tier four in an infinite amount.
