If you’re looking to get Lotus Leaf in Final Fantasy XIV you’ll need to look into getting some Treasure Maps, specifically the Leather Buried Treasure Map and the Timeworn Treasure Map.
The Timeworn Treasure map can be found in level 40 Mature trees and can be gathered once every 18 hours. Once you have the map you’ll need to use the Decipher action on it to locate the treasure, which can be a Lotus Leaf. The same goes for the Leather Buried Treasure Map.
While you can only farm one map per 18 hours, there is no limit on how many maps you can Decipher. This means if you want to spend the Gil on the Market Board, you can purchase multiple maps and Decipher them to farm the needed number of Lotus Leaves you require.
