How to Find Gael Tunnel in Elden Ring

Gael Tunnel is a hidden dungeon in the Caelid region of Elden Ring. It is home to a boss fight, an interesting weapon, and it’s even an important stop on one of the many NPC quests players can find in Elden Ring. In this guide, we will show you how to get there.

Where to find Gael Tunnel

To get to Gael Tunnel, start at a Site of Grace called Rotview Balcony. This can be found by making your way through Limgrave or spawning at any Grace near the one marked on the map above.

From Rotview Balcony, head south over a large rocky outcropping, then past a cemetery on the right-hand side. You will come to a drop with two ledges that allow you to fall down and some enemy soldiers nearby. Take them out, then head down the tunnel on the left side near the campfire. This is Gael Tunnel.

If you are looking for the Moonveil Katana, you will need to take out the boss at the end of the dungeon. If you are looking for Alexander, you will need to go to pretty much the same place, as they are both very close together.
