Elden Ring: How to Increase Focus Points

Focus Points are a vital stat for spellcasters in Elden Ring. The pool of Focus Points is what will allow you to cast your spells, and the more you have, the more you will be able to cast. Replenishing your Focus Points is as easy as sipping from your blue Sacred Flask, but this is a finite resource, and you could run into trouble while exploring the world.

The good news is that players can also use the Flask of Wondrous Physick and Starlight Shards to replenish their supply of Focus Points.

How to increase your Focus Points in Elden Ring

The total number of Focus Points that a player will have is tied to their Mind stat. To increase the available pool of Focus Points, players will need to invest Runes in the Mind statistic when they level up their character. From Level 1 to Level 19, each point in Mind is worth 3 Focus Points. Level 20 will net players 4 Focus Points, and Level 21 to Level 50 is worth 6 Focus Points for each level up.

You can also find items in the game that will help you recover Focus Points. A great example is the Regal Ancestor Spirit boss that will give you a Remembrance. Trading it in with the Two Fingers will allow you to get the Ancestral Spirit’s Horn Talisman. This will enable you to gain back Focus Points for each defeated enemy.
