Master Splinter joins TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge Roster

Splinter is back and he's pissed

Today, Dotemu and Tribute Games revealed a new playable character for their upcoming 2D brawler, TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge. Following previous newcomer April O’Neil, Master Splinter will also be on the front lines alongside the Turtles. It was also confirmed Shredder’s Revenge will come to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, joining the previously confirmed PC and Nintendo Switch.

TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge doesn’t have a release date yet, but the game is currently planned for a release sometime this year. While Splinter being available to players isn’t common, it isn’t new either. The TMNT’s fuzzy sensei was first playable in a videogame in the 2003 bralwer based on the TV show from the same year, developed by Konami.
