Call of Duty: Black ops Cold War launches Season Two of its content on February 25, 2021. This news comes from the Call of Duty website directly. Here’s a little more information on what players can expect from the new season.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season Two Release Date Announced

“Get ready to descend into the heart of the Golden Triangle as Frank Woods his team go on the hunt for Russell Adler, who went missing at the end of Season One after being captured by Stitch. But the strike team finds a new adversary in the form of Kapono “Naga” Vang, a ruthless trafficker of Nova 6.”

There is also a trailer for the season, which can be seen below.

Starting on February 18, players will be able to jump into a brand-new playlist called “Throwback Moshpit”, which features classic Black ops maps like Raid, Express, and Nuketown ‘84 in a variety of different game modes. There will also be two other playlists, “Snipers Only Moshpit” and Gunfight Blueprints,” which both launch on the same day.

To kick off the end of Season One Call of Duty,” Black Ops Cold War will be running double XP, Double Battle Pass XP, and Double Battle Pass XP starting on the 19th and running until February 22.
