Players have the ability to unlock the Scrying ability by starting the Antiquities quest. There are two different ways that players can begin the Antiquities quest. You can go to the poster right near the crafting benches in Solitude that is calling for amateur antiquarians.

Players can also just head straight to the Antiquities headquarters, which is found at the gates to the castle in the last building on your left.

Once you have made it to the headquarters by one of the two ways above, you will need to speak with Verita Numida. She will then ask you to interact with the Antiquarian’s Eye that will be on the table. Interact with this item. Verita will then task you with going downstairs to speak with someone, which will then begin a Scrying tutorial for players.

Complete this tutorial, and the Scrying ability will then be yours for use in all of your future adventures in the Greymoor expansion for The Elder Scrolls Online.
