The System Override Collection Event for Apex Legends kicks off on March 3rd and will see the battle royale game change in a variety of ways. As with any significant update for the title, Respawn Entertainment has released a set of patch notes that detail all of the changes that will be made to the title when the System Override Event arrives. Fortunately, we have everything you need to know about these patch notes covered for you.
Apex Legends System Override Event Patch Notes
Some of the most significant changes in the patch notes for the new System Override Collection Event consist of modifications to Bloodhound and Gibraltar. Bloodhound’s Eye of the Allfather ability has had its scan distance increased to help make it more of a viable tool to use when it comes to scouting areas and gaining a tactical position on your enemies. Gibraltar’s arm shield has had its health reduced from 75 health points to 50 health points to help make it not as overwhelming as it has been lately in the game.
Another significant change is that the increase of the base inventory slots players get when they begin a match from eight to ten. Common backpacks now expand inventory slots to 12, rare backpacks expand inventory slots to 14, and epic backpacks expand inventory slots to 16.
