If you want to spend more time in Morrowind, exploring the vast forests and dungeons of Vvardenfell, then you’ll want to look into purchasing a new home on the island. In this article we’ll discuss the various homes available on the island, and go over their costs, where you can find them, and what you’ll need to do to get a Morrowind home in Elder Scrolls Online.
How to Get a Home in Morrowind
For many, returning the Morrowind is a journey of nostalgia, and if you want to bask in this nostalgia then you’ll need to purchase a home and get it furnished. Below we’ve outlined the costs of the homes, the costs to furnish them, and the type of home that you’ll be acquiring if you purchase each one.
Amaya Lake Manor
This is one of the first homes you’ll come across as you journey through Vvardenfell. Located on the southwestern side of Lake Amaya, this manor can be found a short way up the road from Seyda Neen. It will cost a good deal to purchase this home, but its large, classic look may be appealing to wealthier adventurers. It should be noted, if you plan to purchase this home with Gold, you’ll need to acquire the Savior of Morrowind Achievement beforehand.
- Gold Price: 1,300,000
- Crowns Price: 7,000
- Furnished Price: 8,800 Crowns
Saint Delyn Penthouse
While this home isn’t large, it does come at no cost to the player, which may make it appealing to many adventurers. It can be obtained for free once you have complete the quest A Friend in Need. It will be found inside of St. Delyn’s Inn, inside Vivec City. As we said above, it’s not a very large home, in fact it’s basically just a small chamber inside of St. Delyn’s Inn. While a bit lowkey, it can offer everything that you need from a home in Morrowind, especially if you don’t plan to spend much time in the land of Vvardenfell.
Ald Velothi Harbor House
This medium-sized home can be purchased west of Ashalmawia Delve, and while it doesn’t cost nearly as much as the Amaya Lake Manor, it will still set back adventurers by quite a few Gold pieces. Like the manor, you’ll have to complete a requirement before you can purchase it with Gold. But, once you’ve earned the Champion of Vivec Achievement, you can head over to the home and purchase it for the price we’ve listed below.
- Gold Price: 322,000
- Crowns Price: 4,000
- Furnished Price: 5,000 Crowns
That’s everything we know about the homes currently available in Morrowind. We’ll be sure to update our article if more homes become available.
