Vampire Survivors players can unlock the Carlo Cart bonus stage by dealing a total of 25,120 damage with the Laborratory Train. While there were several other new additions in the update, players only need to first unlock the Laborratory stage to access the bonus stage.

Once unlocked, choose any character you please and begin a run on the Laborratory stage. Follow the winding hallway on the left or right, then walk south through the door to the train tracks. This is where the train will spawn, but must be manually activated to get it to appear.

Alongside the bottom of the tracks will be several gold levers. Simply walk over the levers to flip the switch, and the train will appear from the left traveling to the right. The train will take out any enemies within its path.

You will have to flip the switch on the lever a few times for the train to make multiple trips and defeat enough enemies to total 25,120 damage. Do not worry if the first lever disappears after use. There are several gold levers on the train tracks, so move along to the left or right until coming upon another one.

Be sure to pick a character that has been upgraded and can survive to make it to the train tracks. The challenge can be done over multiple runs with progress saved,
