It’s time to party with your StreetPass pals. Nintendo released a firmware update for the Nintendo 3DS that will upgrade your Mii Plaza a number of ways.
The update, which takes approximately five minutes or so to download – depending on your network – adds new content to the service, including four new games that you can play alongside your StreetPass buddies, along with a plethora of new hats to dress your virtual self with.
The games include Flower Town, where you design a garden with your friends; Warriors Way, a strategy game in which you build an army with your StreetPass allies; Monster Manor, a role-playing adventure with action galore; and Mii Force, where you guide your Mii through an exciting shoot-em-up.
Although these four titles aren’t free, they’re very affordable. You can buy them for $4.99, or package them together for $14.99. Purchases can be made through the Nintendo eShop using your credit card or a pre-paid Nintendo card.
