When is the EA FC 24 Showdown Series Release Date?

The EA FC 24 Showdown Series goes live on March 8, 2024. This also marks the return of the popular series in this year’s Ultimate Team. The Showdown Series has always been popular in the community, as you won’t have to open any packs to get the new items. Every special card will have its own challenge that you can complete.

Moreover, every Showdown card also features a high-octane fixture from real-life football. Based on the results, some of the feature cards will get in-form upgrades in the future. This makes things really interesting, as you will often have to think analytically and make a crucial decision.

Based on the new Ultimate Team loading screen, the Showdown Series begins at 6 PM UK time / 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. This is the regular schedule that EA Sports has been following with all its promos so far.

One thing is certain: there will be several SBCs in Ultimate Team. Joao Felix and Memphis Depay’s Showdown SBCs have already been leaked online. There’s a high chance of a fresh SBC set being released every day when the promo goes live. In the meantime, there are some great SBCs for you to complete, featuring FC Fantasy Ander Herrera and Jean-Clair Todibo. Both cards are pretty affordable to get and could receive multiple upgrades in the future.
