Earlier this week, we reported the latest character introduced as part of the downloadable roster for the superhero brawler Injustice: Gods Among Us – and it’s not even a superhero at all. Mortal Kombat veteran Scorpion will join the party, bringing his deadly ninja prowess and fire-breathing skills. Now we know exactly when he’ll drop.
Warner Bros. confirmed that Scorpion will be available on June 11th for both Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. He’ll set you back $4.99, or he won’t cost a thing if you already subscribed to the Injustice Season Pass.
In addition, Injustice will be on the E3 show floor next week with all the downloadable characters in tow – including a mysterious fourth member. There’s heavy speculation we could see Martian Manhunter, but we’ll find out in just a few days.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U.
