The company announced today that it has entered a partnership with the folks at Sega to produce three exclusive Sonic games for the Wii U and 3DS.  The first of these games will be a new platformer called Sonic: Lost World, which have plenty of ring collecting and enemy bashing across a fantastic new setting.  We’ll see more of this game around E3.

In addition, Nintendo has also announced Mario & Sonic: Olympic Winter Games for the Wii U, a game that will be based around events occurring during this year’s Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics.  The game will feature various sports to participate in, as well as dynamic weather effects, innovative game controls and other key features.  We should also see more of this at E3 in the next few weeks.

The third Sonic game will be unveiled at a later time.
