How to Get Pal Sphere in Palworld

You can craft Pal Spheres after reaching level two and unlocking its technology node. From here, you can craft a Pal Sphere using the following resources:

  • Paldium Fragment
  • Wood x3
  • Stone x3

Alternatively, you can occasionally find them in the wild on the ground. Much like resources such as Paldium fragments, stone, or wood, you can spot Pal Spheres once in a while as you explore the world, allowing you to get this item for free without having to craft it. However, this doesn’t happen often, so be prepared to craft some if you want to catch numerous Pals.

Once you unlock the sphere workbench and the mega sphere at level 14, you can make stronger versions of this item, making catching Pals easier.

How to Catch Pals Using Pal Spheres in Palworld

To catch your first Pal using a Pal Sphere, find one you wish to add to your party, aim your crosshair at them, and throw the sphere by pressing Q on your keyboard or RB on your controller. You can also swap between sphere types to use a better one on a stronger Pal.

Upon aiming your sphere at the Pal, you’ll find your percent odds of a successful catch. If your odds are high, you can throw the Pal Sphere, knowing you’ll probably add the creature to your party. Likewise, if it’s low, you may have to damage it further or target a lower-level Pal.

After throwing your sphere, the Pal will appear inside, with a percent wheel indicating your progress toward catching it. Once it reaches 100 percent, you’ll successfully catch the Pal, with it appearing in your party or Palbox storage if your party is full.
