Reported yesterday, Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut has been confirmed for the Wii U.  The release will feature the full content of the previous version, along with additional content like The Missing Link and Tong’s Rescue mission.

The game will also utilize the GamePad in a number of ways, including “touch-screen hacking, interactive map editing, augmented sniping, grenade throwbacks, and many other neural hub enhancements,” according to the announcement.  You’ll also see improved boss fights, better balancing with combat, sharper AI and visuals that really bring the most out of the system.

Square didn’t discuss the official release date, but according to Amazon, it’s set to arrive on May 7th.  We’ll try to confirm this when we see the game this weekend at PAX East.
