Genshin Impact: Which Mini Seelie Should You Pick? – Answered

Choosing a companion is never an easy task

Lost Riches is a recurring event in Genshin Impact where players can redeem a special Mini Seelie pet by finding some Ancient Iron Coins scattered around certain areas. The catch is that you can only pick one out of all options, so which one should be your choice?

Which Mini Seelie Should You Pick in Genshin Impact Lost Riches Event?

There are six Mini Seelie options to pick in Genshin Impact. They were all present in the event’s previous runs, with the sole new addition being the Brilliance Seelie. You can only buy one of them in the shop, and only after completing Treasure Area 6:

  • Mini Seelie: Brilliance
  • Mini Seelie: Curcuma
  • Mini Seelie: Dayflower
  • Mini Seelie: Moss
  • Mini Seelie: Rosé
  • Mini Seelie: Viola

All Mini Seelies have identical behavior and are purely an aesthetic choice. The only exception is the new Brilliance option, which can swim when brought underwater (just like the Itty Bitty Octobaby we got in the Anniversary event). Aside from that, it’s identical to the Dayflower Seelie.

If you want a more unique Seelie, go for Brilliance as it does something that no other from the series does. It’s a small extra, but it still makes it different from others. Otherwise, I’d suggest picking the one that matches better your favorite characters.

Brilliance is a perfect match for characters like Furina or Ayato, while other Seelie like Curcuma would be perfect to pair with Navia. Moss is great for Dendro characters. If you’re going for Raiden Shogun in the next upcoming banners, Viola might be the pick, though.

At the end of the day, it’s all up to your personal preference. Viola is one of my personal favorites as I feel like it actually fits a lot of characters and not only purple-themed ones, but it might not suit your tastes as much. They’re all pretty cute in their ways, and you can always get another one you’ve wanted in a future rerun for the event, so don’t worry about missing out on any of them.
