If there’s one thing that’s sure about Ubisoft, it’s that the company certainly knows its game releases.

The day after it released the new Tyranny of King Washington DLC for its best-selling Assassin’s Creed III, Siliconera is reporting that Ubisoft is planning a special packaged version with the DLC included on the disc, dubbed Assassin’s Creed III Washington Edition.  This is likely to include all five chapters of the downloadable side story, along with the original game, for around $60.  It’s likely to arrive this spring, after the chapters finish their release on both PlayStation Network and Xbox Live – which should be by the end of April at the latest.

Meanwhile, it’s also being reported that the company is planning on re-releasing a series of Ghost Recon oriented titles, under the moniker Ghost Recon HD.  While certain games weren’t listed, we wouldn’t be surprised to see some of the earlier games in the series reappear, complete with online options and other bonus goodies.  They could have some tie-ins with the previously released Ghost Recon: Future Soldier as well.

We’ll have more information on these titles as Ubisoft confirms them.  In the meantime, go enjoy the Tyranny of King Washington.  It’s available now.
