Where to Find Sand Claws in LEGO Fortnite

You can get Sand Claws by killing wolves in the Dry Valley biome or shores for the Grasslands. Both of these biomes are a step ahead of the Grasslands in terms of difficulty, so all of the enemies will take a few more hits to kill while also dealing more damage. The sand wolves themselves will be tougher than their standard variants in the Grasslands.

In most cases, the Grasslands and the sand-based biomes will be connected by a border. That means there’s a high chance for wolves of either type to wander onto either side. When that happens, pay attention to the colors of the wolf. Grasslands variants have the standard grey color, and the sand variation has some beige mixed into the fur.

Any time you kill a wolf in LEGO Fortnite, it will drop around four claws at once. As the name suggests, the sand wolves will drop a stack of Sand Claws for you to pick up each time one is defeated. These are always marked with blue to signify that the resource is rare. There won’t be any claws with an uncommon color, so don’t worry about the jump.

Make sure you save the Sand Claws for upgrades to your Crafting Bench and additional Charms for your character. Claws will seem rare at first, and they can be tough to collect with lower-level tools. But with some extra work on your bench, the sand wolves can be taken down quickly and tons of them spawn.

Once you have the resources you need, upgrading the Crafting Bench is one of the most important steps in your world.
