What Are The Lowest and Highest Employee Ranks in Lethal Company

There are five different employee ranks in Lethal Company at this moment:

  1. Intern – Between 0 and 49 Experience Points
  2. Part-time – Between 50 and 99 Experience Points
  3. Employee – Between 100 and 199 Experience Points
  4. Leader – Between 200 and 499 Experience Points
  5. Boss – Over 500 Experience Points

If you do well in your scrap runs, you will get more experience. On the other hand, if you and your crewmates die, or you do not bring enough scrap back, you will lose your Experience Points, and can even lose your level.

Depending on your performance, you can get an S, A, B, C, or F rank during the debriefing.

How to Gain Experience and Increase Employee Rank in Lethal Company

You can gain experience and increase your employee rank in Lethal Company by:

  • Looting as much as possible scrap, as close to 100% as possible. It is also beneficial to be the player that brought the most scrap into the ship.
  • Surviving (it also helps if none of your crewmates die)

Is There Any Purpose or Use For Employee Rank in Lethal Company?

At the time of writing this article, the only purpose for the Employee Rank is to show it off to your fellow crewmates. Perhaps Zeekerss will give more functionality and rewards for this feature. After all, the game just recently came out as Early Access and is being developed by a single developer.

If you see a Mask on the floor, be very careful. Lethal Company is full of danger.
