WoW Dragonflight Dungeon Event Details, Weekly Quest, and Rewards

To pick up this week’s event quest, either visit Valdrakken and grab it from Kazra, or open your Adventure Guide (Shift-J by default) and accept it from there. The quest tasks you with completing four Dragonflight Dungeons on Mythic Difficulty, and will reward a piece of non-tier gear from the Heroic difficulty Amirdrassil raid (467 item level).

In addition to this quest, you can also expect an additional piece of gear to drop from the final boss in Dragonflight dungeons all week long. This doesn’t apply to Mythic+ (keystone dungeons), but will synergize nicely with the weekly event quest, netting you more gear in the process of working your way toward that juicy piece of raid gear.

Four Mythic dungeons, at level 0, should only take you about 90 minutes or so depending on your group. It might not be the fastest way to get Amirdrassil raid gear, but at least it’s guaranteed.

If you have an alt in need of gearing up, Mythic difficulty dungeons’ 437 item level drops are a good place to start. Of course, you’ll also want to hit your weekly Emerald Dream quests, including the Superbloom, which rewards a piece of 441 item level gear each week.

It’s a shame you won’t be getting a piece of your tier set from the quest reward this week, but always remember you can transform it into one using the Revival Catalyst if you’d like. Just remember, you only get one charge per week, so use them wisely.
