Bioshock Infinite Gets Premium and Ultimate Songbird Editions

Hope you got some money lying around, because these are worth buying.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything on Irrational Games’ Bioshock Infinite, but the game’s development is moving along swimmingly, and today, the company revealed two special collector’s editions that will ship when the game goes to retail early next year.

Both a Premium Edition and an Ultimate Songbird edition have been announced, for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.  Both editions will include a 64-page Art of Columbia art book, as well as a 25mm resin-cast Handyman figure (for use with the upcoming Bioshock Infinite board game), a 5X7 inch lithograph featuring Devil’s Kiss vigor, a Murder of Crows replica bottle keychain, the digital soundtrack, and in-game power-ups exclusive to these editions.  You’ll also get goodies specifically for each system, as the 360 edition will have Booker and Elizabeth costumes for your Avatars, and the PS3/PC versions will have Bioshock Infinite themes.

As for the Songbird edition, it comes with a beautiful 9.75 inch statue, designed by Irrational concept artist Robb Waters.

The Songbird edition will set you back at $149.99, and the Premium Edition goes for $79.99.  Irrational has already warned that copies will be VERY limited on both versions, so you might want to get your pre-orders in now.

Bioshock Infinite hits stores next February.
