Out of the swing comes Furina, the Hydro Archon in Genshin Impact. Formally made as playable during the 4.2 version, she’s possibly one of the strongest characters ever to be introduced gameplay-wise, and here’s everything you’ll need to grab if you wanna have her in her strongest form.
Genshin Impact: All Furina Ascension and Talent Materials Listed
As another 5-star Hydro Sword character, Furina can act in many different roles in a team. But regardless of which one she picks, she’ll always need the same number of items to reach her true potential.
Ascension Materials
- x168 Lakelight Lily
- x46 Water that Failed to Transcend
- x1 Varunada Laruzite Silver
- x9 Varunada Laruzite Fragment
- x9 Varunada Laruzite Chunk
- x6 Varunada Laruzite Gemstone
- x18 Whopperflower Nectar
- x30 Shimmering Nectar
- x36 Energy Nectar
- x420.000 Mora
Nectars are obtained from the Whopperflower enemies found pretty much everywhere on the map. Use your Adventure Handbook to find a few extras if you’re still lacking a few items for the Archon. Remember that every flower with a dialogue icon instead of the hand icon is a Whopperflower in disguise, so use that to find more of those elusive verdures.
As for the boss ascension item, you’ll have to go and beat the new Hydro Tulpa boss introduced in 4.2 for them. Bring some Cryo or Pyro characters to make that task easier as you’ll have to beat it at least 16 times before you’re done farming for her, assuming you’re at Adventure Rank 55 or higher.
Talent Materials
- x9 Teachings of Justice
- x63 Guide to Justice
- x114 Philosophies of Justice
- x18 Whopperflower Nectar
- x66 Shimmering Nectar
- x93 Energy Nectar
- x18 Lightless Mass
- x3 Crown of Insight
- x4.959.000 Mora
Nothing more fitting for the Archon of the Land of Justice to use Justice materials herself. Aside from farming Fontaine’s Talent Domain on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays for it, you also need to beat the All-Devouring Narwhal Weekly Boss to get your hands on a few pieces of Lightless Mass, her Talent Ascension Material.
As of 4.2, you don’t need to be caught up with the main story anymore to challenge the weekly bosses. You can do a Quick Challenge through your Adventure Handbook until you actually unlock it.
With all that said, don’t forget that you’ll also need tons of Mora before leveling her and her talents to the maximum. She has strong HP scaling, so getting her to 90 quickly is important thanks to the huge HP increase from levels. Exploring and finding new activities (and achievements) will help immensely with filling your pockets with extra cash.
