Head down and complete this section, then make your way back to where Caldera Street Station should be to find a now-turned-on lamp post. Activate it using your Angel Lamp, then head down to the station.
Now that you’re in the station, you’ll find that besides a few supplies, it’s mostly a dead end. That’s because there’s another step you need to complete with Caldera Street Station open. To do this, grab the light from the lamp post earlier and use it to open the stairway up to the train tracks above. Follow these across and head through the upper rooftop sections until you reach a lit-up taxi which was behind a locked gate earlier.

Use your Angel Lamp to transform it into a police car, then make your way back to Caldera Street Station. Be sure to open the gate now in case you want to hunt around for collectibles and supplies before proceeding. Once at the station, use the Angel Lamp where you initially found a dead end, and you’ll find the path opened up. From here, you’re free to proceed.
