Payday 3 has heisters all over trying to get in servers. However, what if players just want to get in a game right away without having to get through the hassle of the game’s matchmaking system? Downloading the Payday 3 Mod
The mod in question is a Debug Menu Mod created by modder Florens that enables the game’s menu of the same name. This mod requires you to install UE4SS first so make sure to have it installed before downloading the mod.
Once you download the mod, all you have to do is extract the files from the mod to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY3\PAYDAY3\Binaries\Win64.
Alternatively, you can use Steam itself to locate where your Payday 3 instance is installed by clicking on Properties and then clicking the “Browse…” button on the Installed Files section of the game’s properties.
Using The Debug Menu in Payday 3 To Start a Match Solo Without Matchmaking
Once the mod is successfully installed all you have to do is start the game up and log into the game. While the game is still always online (meaning that you can’t access it offline), you still will be able to play the game solo with AI companions without the need of using the matchmaker.
Click on the Old Heist Selection button to access the game’s Debug menu. Once there, you’ll be able to select any of the Payday 3’s stages at the difficulty you desire. From there, all that’s left to do is click the “Play Solo” button to instantly be put into the mission you selected without any issue.
There are a few advantages to playing the game through this. For one, you won’t have to host a game to play solo. As such, you will have a private session in which neither friends nor random players will join you. Additionally, you will instantly be placed into the mission without having to wait for the loading time or the prep screen, so you will be able to get into the game immediately.
However, there are also a few disadvantages as well. For one, this mod doesn’t give you any kind of progression once the mission is cleared. Additionally, the ability to restart is removed since it’s considered a voting ability. Still, if you’re looking to play the game offline after passing through the game’s initial login, this is the perfect way to play Payday 3 without having to go through the matchmaker.
