You should never separate a family in Genshin Impact, so if you already have Lyney and Lynette, then you’re going to need the youngest sibling, Freminent. Our young boy is a Cryo Claymore who works a lot like a free-to-play Eula, he’ll deal both Cryo Damage and Physical Damage alongside his handy partner, Pers. Freminent’s Boss is the Icewind Suite couple at the Fountain of Lucine, but because he requires the Pneuma-looking drop, you’ll talk to Maillardet and request to challenge the Nemesis of Coppelius. This means you’ll mostly encounter the Cryo-dealing Boss throughout the battle with the partner occasionally attacking from the sidelines with Anemo so be sure to bring a good Shield or Healer.

Luckily, both the Shivada Jade can be obtained from the same boss Freminent requires his material from and the Transoceanic Pearl and enemy drops can be dropped when defeating the cute, adorable creatures all around Fontaine. Unfortunately, this does mean attacking the crabs, rays, seals, and otters all around Fontaine in order to gather those resources, but I personally feel no pity when it comes to the crabs, so I guess those are the only ones I’m hunting.
Romaritime Flowers can be found just about everywhere underwater in the lake around the Court of Fontaine and a few are out near the Opera Epiclese. All Talent Level-Up Freminent Materials in Genshin Impact
Because the siblings couldn’t be the same, Freminent’s Talents will require the Justice Scrolls from the Pale Forgotten Glory Domain. If you haven’t found it yet, here’s how to go unlock the Talent Domain in Fontaine. The Justice Scrolls will be available on Tuesday, Friday, and all Talent Materials are available to farm on Sunday. For more advanced levels, Freminent will need the Worldspan Fern from the Apep Guardian Weekly Boss in Sumeru. Similar to Azdaha, this boss can only be unlocked by completing Nahida’s Companion Story Quest: Homecoming.
