How to Encounter a Ghost in BitLife

Some people love paranormal phenomena and will go to great lengths to discover new and exciting things that can point to the existence of ghosts. BitLife is no exception: the only difference is that ghosts exist, and you can even interact with them. It can be fun to do this, and it’s even more fun to finish daily quests that involve them! BitLife: How to Encounter a Ghost

To encounter a ghost in BitLife, you must buy a haunted house and interact with its spirits. To do this, go into any real estate shop, buy a haunted house, and then look for the Spirits tab in your house’s menu. Here, you can choose any ghost and either attempt to exorcise or summon it. Successfully doing either will count as you encountering a ghost.

Encountering ghosts is also extremely common if you work as an exorcist attempting to complete specific BitLife challenges. For more details on doing this, check out how to become an exorcist in BitLife.

Be careful when encountering ghosts, though. Attempting to summon a spirit raises its activeness, while exorcising it lowers its friendliness. Often, a ghost will attack you if it is unfriendly. In extreme cases, it can instantly kill you!

I’ve had this happen more times than I can count during my playthroughs, so my go-to strategy is to encounter ghosts who are friendly. At least then, if they decide to interact with you, they’ll avoid attacking you. I’ll sometimes take my chances if they’re unfriendly, but otherwise, I avoid them and sell the house.
