After answering a number of questions based on your sleep habits, the quiz will generate a Pokemon and sleep type to assess your deepest secrets.

You can take the quiz here. Pokemon Sleep is a new app coming out this summer that will gamify going to bed and being a real human. It’s an odd game that many thought was a joke when it was first announced back in 2019.

It might even insult you! It called me a pile of rocks because I have most of my energy at night. You can check out the results below.

Pokemon Sleep features roughly 100 Pokemon and will add more as time goes on. Much like any other Pokemon game, it takes a lot of time to add over 1,000 weird little monsters to the game.

The quiz will walk you through many of your habits when going to bed, like what time you go to bed on weekdays, days off, and when you feel the most energized. It certainly doesn’t take into account all of the cups of coffee you’ve had Detective Pikachu style.

There are many different options for Pokemon and sleep type, so be sure to share it with your friends and see what everyone gets.

The Pokemon Sleep app is coming sometime this summer. So be sure to stick around Prima Games to learn exactly when you can download the game and try it out for yourself. Who knows what Pokemon you’ll catch in your dreams.
