You can access the Great Abandoned Central Mine either on your own or through the quest “A Mystery in The Depths.”

The exact location of The Great Abandoned Central Mine is (-0822, -1940, 0523).

We recommend following the questline “A Mystery in The Depths” as it will teach you about following the statues in The Depths to uncover a new mine. Play connect the dots by following the statues until you find the Great Central abandoned Mine. This will lead you to another quest, and one that will be much longer.

Best Route to The Great Abandoned Central Mine in TotK

The fastest way to get to the Great Abandoned Central Mine is to start at the Nisoij Lightroot found at (4195, 1396, 0207).

From there, head southwest. You will come across the mine with a pretty straight shot. You can access the Nisoij Lightroot by jumping into the chasm directly south of Lookout Landing on the surface. This is likely the first chasm you will come across in the game. It is also the one that “Camera Works in The Depths” will lead you to.
