Honkai Star Rail has finally launched on PC, iOS and Android devices, and the feedback is looking quite positive at the moment. Nevertheless, tons of PS4 and PS5 gamers are wondering when they can get their hands on the supposed “Genshin Killer”. When is Honkai Star Rail Coming to PS4 and PS5?
Honkai: Star Rail is officially coming to PlayStation 5 in Q4 2023! No exact release date has been set yet.

Unfortunately, though, there’s no word on a PS4 release. At the time of writing, it has only been confirmed for PS5.
Is Honkai Star Rail Coming to Xbox and Switch?
Unfortunately, since Genshin Impact isn’t available on Switch or Xbox, it’s safe to say that Honkai Star Rail won’t be available on those platforms either. This is because both games are made by the same developers, HoYoverse, and it would be quite odd if Honkai Star Rail was playable on more platforms than the more-popular Genshin Impact.
Since the odds of you having a smartphone or PC are quite high, you can still play Honkai Star Rail on either of those platforms, and PS5 when it releases.
Honkai Star Rail does have controller support on PC, which will give you a more console-like experience. This should hold you over until the official release on PS5!
