Pokemon GO April Event Schedule – Spotlight Hours, Raids, More

Starting off strong, here are the big bad Pokemon that will be dominating 5-Star Raids, Mega Raids, and Raid Hours.

5-Star Raids

All raids start at 10:00 am and end at 10:00 am local time!

  • March 28 – April 10: Lugia (Shiny)
  • April 11 – April 17: Incarnate Forme Landorus (Shiny)
  • April 17 – May 2: Tapu Bulu (Shiny)(Debut!)

Mega Raids

All raids start at 10:00 am and end at 10:00 am local time!

  • March 28 – April 4: Mega Alakazam (Shiny)
  • April 4 – April 11: Mega Lopunny (Shiny)
  • April 11 – April 17: Mega Blastoise (Shiny)
  • April 17 – May 2: Mega Slowbro (Shiny)

Raid Hours

All Raid Hours take place on Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm local time!

  • April 5: Lugia
  • April 12: Incarnate Forme Landorus
  • April 19: Tapu Bulu
  • April 26: Tapu Bulu

Spotlight Hours

Spotlight Hours take place between 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm local time!

  • April 4: Exeggcute (Shiny), 2x Candy for catching Pokemon
  • April 11: Shellder (Shiny), 2x Candy for transferring Pokemon
  • April 18: Trapinch (Shiny), 2x XP for evolving Pokemon
  • April 25: Tangela (Shiny), 2x Stardust for catching Pokemon

Research Breakthrough

Complete Field Research to unlock Research Breakthrough encounters with Parasect, Pinsir (Shiny), Snorlax (Shiny), Gible (Shiny), Furfrou (Shiny), and Goomy.
